WFHS Member Feature: Allen Na, 3rd Runner Up of the Affiliate Referral Contest!

June 4, 2009 by admin
Filed under Affiliate Referral Contest, Member Feature

Sorry for the delay folks! Here is Allen Na, 3rd runner up of our Affiliate Referral Contest.
He won himself a $50 MPH Voucher and One pair of Cathay cinema tickets. Here’s a little something about him.

allen

Allen is both a blogger and a runs a web design studio (www.allenplus.net) since 2005. He blogs about his passion which is design, website SEO, monetization and also angling. (Such as : www.moneyshiok.blogspot.com, www.fishios.blogspot.com )

“I got to know about WFHS and its affiliate program through design niche community forums and decided to explore how the program works.

Frank Bettger wrote in one of the best book on selling ever called How I Raised Myself From Failure To Success In Selling “Think in terms of others’ interests, Find out what your prospect wants. Show him or her how to get it.”

WFHS program is an epitome of that statement in an online business context. WFHS shows you the potential in generating income from the internet and how anyone who has internet connection and who is keen enough to learn can achieve great success online.

I’ve discovered that there are may misconception about the concept of “online money making” as being “too good to be true and gimmicky”. I think we are too used to the fact that hard work = $ as the norm these days not many people trust the potential of making money passively. I tend not to use the word passive but smart. I’d call it making money the smart way.

WFHS provides step by step formula and strategies to help members generate real results and money the smart way. I achieved high amount of referrals by taking part in the training programs and guides provided online.”

Cheers!
Allen

WFHS Member Feature: Eddy Lee, 1st Runner Up of the Affiliate Referral Contest!

To continue on with our prizing giving, here is Eddy Lee, 1st runner up of our Affiliate Referral Contest which lasted for about 6 weeks.
He won himself an Ipod Nano and has happily written a short blurp about himself.

eddy1

Hello everyone,

My name is Eddy Lee. Firstly, I would like to thank Work From Home Singaporeans for conducting this affiliate contest and allow me to test out my skill in it.

I am quite shocked that I came in second place and got an Ipod Nano.

I am currently a full-time nurse. I only started internet marketing last year. I always believe that internet is a place where everyone can earn a passive income.
That why I decided to try my luck over there. I observed how internet marketers designed their websites and as usual, those who first started will spend hundreds of dollars to buy books. I followed suit.

I read and followed every single step. I even tried to mix and match the contents in the book and created a new way. In the end, I managed to earn $1,000 in my first month. That was quite a great achievement for a newbie.

As I explored further, I shared it with my ex-tutor. And both of us started to create a system which is simple for anyone to follow and earn. I guess the system was so simple and proven that the founder of Email Cash Pro decided to conduct an interview.

Internet marketing is really fun. This is the skill which will be with us for life. A skill which can help you earn a living.

My final conclusion is I will not regret entering the world of internet.

Looking forward to the next contest from Work From Home Singaporeans

WFHS Member Feature: Alex Lo, Top Referral of Affiliate Referral Contest!

We recently ran our first affiliate referral contest which spanned a period of around 6 weeks. Indeed, it was challenging to our members, some of whom have not even promoted a single thing online before. However, there were those who took up the challenge and emerged victorious.

Our top referral is certainly one of them. Alex Lo came in tops and was steadily leading the race. Indeed, his efforts have paid off and he won a LG DVD Portable Player.

Here’s more on him:

alex1

My name is Alex and I have just graduated from university. I took part in the referral contest in Work From Home Singaporeans and won the top prize which is a LG portable DVD player. I came to know about WFHS through IMBuzz creators email and was curious what it is all about.

Working from home allows me to have more flexibility in my time to do the things I want and not be bounded by fixed working hours as well as the freedom to work as and when I like.
My strategy was simply just to follow the steps provided by WFHS in the training center and for me, what was most effective? I would say are forums and blogging.

Module 3.1: Blogging Basics

Hi there!

Sorry for the delay! We know we are a little late with the latest module and we are really sorry! But you are definitely going to benefit from the Module 3 series because it is on Blogging!

After learning about freelancing online, we think you have been exposed to the idea of having a blog to showcase your resume/portfolio and the importance of developing your web presence. Hence this new module is on blogging and how you can start to make use of your blog to increase your network as well as potentially earning from it.

Your blog is like your virtual home on the internet. Although there’s Second Life and IMVU that allow you to really build up your second home, your blog is representative of you and is where you can voice your ideas and opinions.

In this audio 3.1, we talk about identifying your passion (again!) and how important it is to your blogging success. This is because you need to constantly have the desire to update your blog and blogging about your interest is the best way to get around it. It also provides value to people who visit your blog as well.
We also revealed to you some basic blogging tips that will help you in starting off with your blog and writing content.

Now that you have listened the audio, if you have any questions or thoughts about blogging, feel free to add your comments over here at the blog post. :)

Module 2.1 : Freelancing

March 27, 2009 by admin
Filed under Freelancing, News & Updates, Training Program

A big hello to you!

After about 2 weeks of first discovering your driving factor and then learning more about ‘Get Paid To Sites’, we hope that you’re not satisfied with the few dollars that you have earned at the GPT sites because there’s seriously a lot more to learn and to earn online and we’re just getting started.

With GPT sites as the ’starter course’, we’re now moving on to more serious stuff. And that is Freelancing online. There is a huge market online for freelancing services in the areas of writing and translation, administrative and clerical, designing and programming etc. And frankly, online freelancers do get paid really well once they have gotten the hang of things and are able to deliver to their clients.

Companies all over the world are looking to cut costs and are looking to online freelancers to make up for staff that they need in areas of admin work etc. to save on extra expenses paid for employee benefits etc. To them, they are willing to pay YOU if you are able to deliver what they need.

In this 2 part series module, in the first audio, we went through with you more on freelancing, the types of freelancing jobs available and where to get your freelancing projects and assignments and how to get your clients to notice you. What you have got to do is to be open about doing freelance work from the comforts of your home, learn to protect your own interests with the escrow feature. And you are ready to go! But you would want to start off with the sites that we have recommended for a start because they are highly reliable job boards which you can trust.

Now that you have listened the audio, if you have any questions or thoughts about freelancing, feel free to add your comments over here at the blog post.

Share Your Driving Factor & Win A Book!

In ANY industry, you’ll notice that the main difference between someone who’s successful and someone who’s not is their mindset.

Likewise, if you wish to succeed, you have to get your mindset and foundations right.

Now, one of the key things we mentioned inside the Mindset training file was establishing your driving factor.

Basically, you need to have a really strong driving force in order to motivate yourself to take consistent action towards your goals.

Without a strong enough driving factor, you will easily give up or lose focus.

So, have you established your own driving factor already?

Well, it’s time to share in our forum with others.

Now you might be thinking, it’s your own driving factor so why should you share it with others?

The reason is, when you type it out and let others know about it, it’s like a public declaration and it shows that you’re serious about it.

Now, we are going to reward two members who have shared their driving factor with a physical hard copy of one of our recommended books written by Adam Khoo. You can choose between “Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires” or “Master Your Mind, Design Your Destiny”.

The two winners will be selected based on how inspiring and sincere your driving factor is.

But remember, the whole purpose of this incentive is to encourage you to really think about your driving factor and declaring it so that you will not forget about it and others can help encourage you too.

There’s no right or wrong driving factor.

You just need to have one that is going to motivate YOU and you alone.
That’s all it matters. :-)

So start posting your driving factor on our forum now
